IT Budget Plan vs. Actual Dashboards

Dashboards that compare planned and realised IT costs, so budget owners see deviations without assembling reports by hand.
Built for an employer, so the code and screenshots are confidential. This page describes the problem and my contribution; the figures come from my CV.
The problem
Budget reports were compiled manually, so they arrived late and were hard to compare across periods.
What I did
Processed and cleaned budgeting data, and automated the recurring steps.
Built visual plan-vs-actual dashboards for the IT planning team.
Outcome
Reporting clarity and decision-making efficiency improved by 40%.
